His practice focuses on construction projects, real estate, public works concessions, desalination and mining facilities and national and international dispute resolution.

He has extensive experience in bidding processes, negotiation, contract structuring, financing, audits and claims associated with construction, concessions and public works matters, as well as in public law.

He has been recognized by several international publications as a leading lawyer in Projects and Construction, as well as in conflict resolution.

​

Graduated from Law School at Universidad de Los Andes (2002).

​

Prior to founding ULRD, he worked as a lawyer at Barros y Compañía, as general manager of a public works concession company, and was a partner at Reymond y Fleischmann Abogados.

​

He has participated as a speaker in summits and seminars specialized in construction and infrastructure issues. He has publications on the subject in specialized legal journals.
