His practice primarily focuses on real estate law, construction, private investment funds (FIPS), mergers and acquisitions, project finance, and corporate law.

He has been recognized by various international publications as an outstanding lawyer in the corporate and real estate areas.

Graduated from School of Law at Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez (2008). Has an MBA from Universidad de los Andes (2011). Studies in "Tax Aspects of the Real Estate Business", Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez (2013).

Prior to founding ULRD, he worked as a lawyer at Reymond & Fleischmann Abogados and later he was partner at Fleischmann y León Abogados.
