Graduated from Law School at Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile (2008). Master of Laws (LLM) from the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE), Chevening Scholar (2017). Obtained a Diploma in Competition Law Policy and Regulation at Centro de Regulación y Libre Competencia de la Universidad de Chile (2012).

Prior to founding URLD, he worked as a lawyer at Ortúzar, Vergara y Boetsch Abogados.
